Automation Build and Handover

We build AI-driven automation for your critical journeys in a framework that fits your stack, wire it into your pipeline, and train your team to own it. When we leave, everything stays with you.

From the founder’s prior work leading quality and release:

35%faster test creation
20%less time spent testing
15% → 5%failures caused by UI drift

What you have when we’re done

Not a pile of scripts. A working quality system your team can run, extend, and trust.

  • A framework architected for your applications, in your repository, using Playwright and TypeScript or the stack your team already runs
  • Automated coverage of your critical user journeys, from the screen down to the data
  • API regression tests generated from real application traffic
  • CI/CD integration with sharded, parallel runs that fit your release window
  • Cross-browser and device-cloud coverage, on your BrowserStack or Sauce Labs account
  • Self-healing, AI triage, automatic defect filing, and execution telemetry switched on
  • Guardrails at commit, pull request, and CI that keep the suite maintainable
  • Documentation, recorded walkthroughs, and a team trained to own it

How a build runs

  1. Assess

We map your applications, journeys, environments, and current tests, and agree what success looks like.

  2. Architect

We design the framework, locator strategy, test data, and pipeline around your stack.

  3. Build

Critical journeys are automated first, with touchless creation accelerating coverage.

  4. Integrate

Suites run in your CI/CD, shard across pods, and report straight into your tools.

  5. Hand over

Your team is trained, pairs with us on real changes, and takes ownership.

The QualityFirst Loop

Every capability below is switched on in the framework we build for you, grouped by the four stages of the loop: create, run, maintain, diagnose.

Create

Touchless test creation

Requirements and user stories go in; traceable test cases and runnable scripts come out, with no manual scripting and no duplicates.

API tests from real traffic

Every UI run captures the API calls behind each screen. We turn that real traffic into fast API-level regression tests, so integrations are covered without writing each test from scratch.

Run

Touchless execution

Suites are scheduled and triggered in your CI/CD pipeline by code changes and releases, and results are routed to the right people automatically. Nobody has to kick off a run.

Parallel execution at scale

Playwright sharding across containerized CI pods turns multi-hour regression runs into a fraction of the time, so a full suite fits inside your release window.

Cross-browser and device coverage

The same suite runs on Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit, and on real browsers and devices through your BrowserStack or Sauce Labs account, without a separate suite to maintain.

Load tests from your functional tests

Critical Playwright journeys become k6 load, stress, and soak tests through Grafana’s official k6 MCP server, with pass-fail thresholds in code and runs gated in CI.

Maintain

Self-healing that stays honest

When a screen changes, on web or mobile, locators heal and are validated before they’re accepted. Assertions are never healed, so a real failure can never be quietly turned into a pass.

Guardrails that keep suites healthy

Deterministic gates at commit, pull request, and CI enforce traceability, reuse, and coding standards, so the automation stays maintainable as your team and suite grow.

MCP integration

Your test framework is exposed as an MCP server over stdio, so Claude, Copilot Chat, and Roo Code can generate, heal, and run tests from the IDE with the same tools. A matching command-line interface runs that tooling in CI, with no AI on the critical path.

Security built in

Credentials and test secrets live in HashiCorp Vault, never in test code or pipelines, which keeps automation acceptable to security and compliance teams.

Diagnose

Failures that explain themselves

When a test fails, a defect is filed automatically in Jira with screenshots, the Playwright trace, and a network analysis from the HAR file that pinpoints the failed or slow API call.

AI agents in the pipeline

A review agent checks every test change against your standards before merge, and a triage agent classifies each failure as a real regression, an application change, or noise.

Execution telemetry

Run times, pass rates, flaky tests, and slow endpoints are tracked over time, so you can see where the suite and the application are drifting before it costs you a release.

LLM-as-judge quality gates

Results, coverage, and release changes are assessed by AI judges before every go/no-go, and the same technique tests the output of your own AI features and chatbots.

You choose the level of control. Fast-moving teams can run creation and execution fully touchless. Regulated teams can add expert review checkpoints at any stage. Either way, every decision is logged and traceable for audit.

Modernizing an existing suite?

Most of the value in an existing suite is the business flows and the knowledge of what to check, not the code. Whether you run Selenium, Cypress, WebdriverIO, or a home-grown framework, we carry that knowledge over and rebuild on a modern foundation rather than translating brittle scripts line by line.

You end up with faster, more stable tests, modern tooling for traces and debugging, and a suite ready for self-healing and AI assistance, while your existing coverage keeps running until the new suite takes over.

Common questions

How long does a build take?

The framework, CI pipeline, touchless test creation, and self-healing are typically in place within one to two weeks. From there, coverage grows every sprint, and the total length depends on how many applications and journeys are in scope. We agree a fixed scope and timeline after the Health Check or an initial scoping call, so you know the end date before we start.

Does our team need Playwright experience?

No. Training is part of the handover. Your engineers pair with us on real changes before we leave, so they own the suite with confidence.

Will this work for Salesforce and AEM?

Yes. The framework handles Salesforce Lightning and Adobe Experience Manager as well as custom web applications and APIs, with platform-specific handling built in.

Do we have to use your tools afterward?

No. Everything is open-source Playwright code in your repository, running in your pipeline. There is no license and nothing that depends on us.

Can you work alongside our existing QA team?

Yes. Most builds are done with your team rather than for it, which is how the knowledge stays in-house after handover.

How do you handle access to our code and data?

We work inside your repositories and environments, keep secrets in your vault, and use masked or synthetic test data. AI assistance runs on models and accounts you approve, and your code is never used to train a model. See how we handle your access and data.
